This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the CashFlowedX website, operated by Mykhaylo Yuzak. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. The wording below is a structural draft only and has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor.

1. What cookies are

3. Consent and Google Consent Mode v2

As currently implemented: all four Google Consent Mode v2 signals — ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization— are set to denied before any tag loads, and ads_data_redaction is enabled. Beyond that, the analytics and advertising tags are not requested at all until the visitor presses Accept: rejecting means no request is ever made to Google’s tag servers, rather than a tag loading in a restricted mode. No pre-ticked boxes are used, and the choice is stored in this browser only.

Turn the verified behaviour stated above into the policy’s own legal wording, and describe the consent banner the visitor is shown. Note for the drafter: because the tags are not loaded at all before Accept, this site does notsend the anonymous cookieless pings that a standard Consent Mode deployment sends while consent is denied — do not copy that boilerplate in. Re-confirm against the deployed tag configuration immediately before publication.
